• Due to the perishable nature of honey, returns are only accepted in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective products upon arrival.

  • Incorrect items received.

• Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10-12 days after verifying the issue.

• Replacement/Exchanged Products will be delivered within 7-8 days.

Shipping: All Products will be delivered within 8-10 days.
